If you’re doing all your DTF printing yourself, you may require a range of different DTF materials and supplies. The most essential DTF transfer supply items are a DTF printer and a curing oven. 

You can, of course, use an alternative to the curing oven in the form of a heat press. However, this approach will take considerably longer than a curing oven and the results are not guaranteed.

Other staple DTF supplies you will require include DTF film, DTF ink, and DTF powder. All of these things are essential to the DTF printing process. 

One often overlooked item overlooked by beginners is the need for software. If you’re doing all the printing yourself, then you will require the software that the printer needs in order to translate your design into a printable item.

The film forms the base for the printing process, taking the place of the paper in standard printing. The inks are unique and allow you to print the transfers you’ve designed. The powder is a necessity for when you’re trying to get your transfers or decals cured after printing.
